Your trip includes airfare and hotel for two to the destination of your choice. Winners will be selected randomly throughout the year and notified by phone or e-mail. Winner must have provided a valid e-mail address or phone number for notification. Only valid e-mail addresses and phone numbers entries will be qualified to win. Must be 21 years or older to win.

The following conditions also apply:

• Travel departs and treturns from the closest FUNJET hub.
• Travel dates based on availability and certain black-out dates apply.
• Vacation includes 3 nights - 4 days hotel accommodations and airfare via Funjet Vacations charter flight.

• Once a reservation has been made, absolutely no changes or extensions are permitted.
• Reservations will be made in accordance with your 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd choices of travel dates.
• All travel is subject to availability and Funjet Vacations discretion for airfare. Funjet reserves the right to change the air portion of your trip at any time. Certain dates are blacked-out- Holiday, Spring Break, and convention periods.
• Trip must be planned 21 days or more in advance.
• All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Applicable taxes and surcharges are not included and must be paid by the winner before vouchers and tickets are awarded. Taxes and fees are subject to change upon notice from FJV. Accepted forms of payment are credit card, cashiers check or money order, No personal checks accepted.
• Winner pays taxes on airline seats (approx $185 per person).
• Trip valid on any Funjet charter destination, currently Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Cozumel.
• These flights are available out of San Antonio beginning in March for Cancun and in May for Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta and run through August of 2008. Dallas and Houston departures are valid year round.
• Winner may upgrade to an all-inclusive resort and extend their stay at their expense.
• Should the destination be dropped from FJV product line prior to booking, FJV shall have the right to substitute a comparable destination.
• Delay compensation will not be granted to the promotional winners.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Winner and companion will be required to sign and return the Funjet Bill of Rights.
• For international travel, you will be required to fill out and return an APIS form.
• Apartment Guy online and Becky Jones Travel assume no responsibility.
• Travel and any situation during travel is taken at the winners and companions own risk.
• Winner and travel companion assumes risk of all dangerous conditions and waive any specific notice of the existence of such conditions.
